Who is Tagerim and what is its history

Tagerim has been created there is a quarter of a century at the initiative of Jérôme Quentin-Mauroy. Since he presides over this company, that I have joined as Vice President in June 2006. The founder, in forty-six years, is the sole shareholder: it is a pledge of readability and simplicity when defining a strategic course. We now have the means and the ambition to stay independent and develop. Administration of property, our development through external growth operations, and we used significant firms everywhere in France. Promotion, we are launching several programmes, accession and investment, representative of our developer expertise: one of the Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its 63 dwellings, testifies to our localization requirement of life, and our commitment to the architectural quality framework. You can also include Arles, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer, but also Brest, Honfleur, Quimper or Saint-Etienne. Our origin is the administration of property and it was only in 1995 that we have become sponsors. We intervene in these two specialties, primarily in the residential sector, without excluding the implementation of activities for the future in real estate business.

We currently use 450 employees in our network of 20 sites in France, both in the administration of property and promotion, and we will establish us in all major cities to perfect our mesh of the territory.

Are what role you in your two trades

After the large manoeuvres intervened in the administration of property over the past years, Tagerim, with nearly 100,000 lots managed, ranks among the first national operators. Promotion, with a volume of sales for 2006 which will exceed this year 1,500 housing units, we have become the twelfth national sponsor.

Tagerim, based on its network in two trades and the pooling of resources for the benefit of subsidiaries, located in midway between very large companies such as Foncia and Nexity and companies family or craft, which we share the culture. We would like to keep a local anchor, and it is full, responsible for subsidiaries of their clientele and their results, which embody the sign Tagerim. Commercial and territorial proximity is our credo.

What is your specificity and what are your projects

Our role in the market is to be an alternative to very large groups on the one hand, and craft or family of the other companies. Despite a voluntarist development, we keep an average size. The client must find in our financial base, the technicity and both the best small firms or local promoters, i.e. the expertise of the home, the responsiveness and adaptability, the taste of the business relationship.

We want to strengthen the synergy between our business and achieve a good integration of all activities. Few both builders groups, managers, estate agents, and the challenge to work together all staff of several specialties for the benefit of the client is more realistic when an average size. It is in my opinion an ideal of "service": the client expects a full panoply of interventions for its housing.

Finally, and here again the control of the size is an asset, Tagerim will be careful to innovate, offering original products and services, and will work to preserve quality, promotion and administration of property.
